Help Logging In

1. Make sure you check your email after signing up. You must confirm the email address by clicking the link, or copying and pasting the url into your browser.
2. Make sure your login information is correct. If you mistype your password, you can reset it from the link at the bottom of the login page. This will send a confirmation email.
3. Set your internet security setting to low or medium. If you are in an MSU lab, set it to low.
4. If you still can't log in, come visit us on the 4th floor of the Auditorium for live support.
